Destaca por su valor nutricional, puesto que adem\u00e1s de ser fuente de energ\u00eda, es rico en prote\u00ednas,  vitamina A, fibra y otros componentes.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dado su valor nutricional y exquisito sabor, esta receta constituye una excelente opci\u00f3n para servir una merienda nutritiva. Proyecto EC-436, Escuela de Nutrici\u00f3n UCR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>6 huevos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 taza de miel de ca\u00f1a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 1\/2 barras de margarina derretidas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 tazas de harina de trigo cernida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharada de polvo de hornear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 taza de pur\u00e9 de ayote saz\u00f3n (ayote cocido en poca agua y luego hecho pur\u00e9)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cucharadita de esencia de vainilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\/2 cucharadita de ralladura de naranja<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Procedimiento:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En un taz\u00f3n, bata los huevos y agregue poco a poco el az\u00facar y la margarina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregue poco a poco la harina y el polvo de hornear.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorpore la esencia de vainilla y la ralladura de naranja y mezcle bien.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agregue el pur\u00e9 de ayote y mezcle hasta obtener una masa homog\u00e9nea.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vierta la mezcla en un molde previamente engrasado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hornee por 35 minutos en un horno precalentado a 175 oC, hasta que el pudin se cocine y dore.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Entre las preparaciones a base de ayote saz\u00f3n m\u00e1s comunes en la cocina costarricense se encuentra el pudin, un tipo de reposter\u00eda casera, algo parecida a un pan batido, que tiene como ingrediente principal este nutritivo fruto.
